What if my server didn't boot up?

You'll be able to download an ISO file from the web console, once you attach it to your server you can boot from this ISO which provides a GUI (Graphical User Interface) and connects your server to the cloud so you can download/restore your recent server backup.

  1. From the web console, Click on "Devices" from the left-side menu
  2. Click on the Device in question
  3. A side menu will appear, click on "Recovery"
  4. Click on "More ways to recover"
  5. Download ISO Image
  6. Then you can attach the ISO to your server and boot from the ISO to start the data recovery.
