Blocked ports on Cloud Servers

We block outbound ports on Cloud Servers for security reasons.

  • Ports are blocked by default but can be unblocked only for fully managed servers.

    - TCP port (25)

To send emails from your Cloud Server, we highly recommend using a dedicated email deliverability platform (e.g., Sendgrid or Mailgun) for better deliverability and IP reputation handling.

  • Ports that are permanently blocked on all plans and the block can't be lifted.

    - TCP/UDP Port 17
    - TCP/UDP Port 19
    - TCP/UDP Port 1900
    - TCP/UDP Port 54313
    - TCP/UDP Port 11211
